Tandoori Masala

This month's special spice is 'Tandoori Masala'.

Did you know that 'Tandoori' is one of Britain's favourite types of Indian food? Traditionally tandoori food is cooked in a clay tandoor oven which is used in India for baking flatbreads(naan).

The tandoori masala originates from northern India and is made up of specially selected spices like fenugreek, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, chilli powder, paprika, garlic and ginger. This mixture not only creates a delicious spicy and flavoursome dish but is also known to help with any digestive complaints!

Tandoori-tastic offer!

To try the Spice-N-Tice tandoori experience for yourself we're giving away a FREE ‘Tandoori Salmon' kit with any orders over £15.00. Did you know that you can use this tandoori mix as a rub to coat meat, chicken, fish or vegetables?

Why not click here and tell us about your tandoori experience...
