Something to think about …

Did you know that the herb ‘coriander’ is used in many cuisines and is also an important ingredient in one of Spice-N-Tice’s most popular dishes ‘Coriander Chicken.’

Some facts
  • Ground or whole coriander helps to create a pungent dish.
  • Fresh coriander leaves (cilantro) have a distinctive fragrance and taste when used in cooking.
  • Coriander is an ingredient of garam masala.
  • Coriander seed oil is strongly antibacterial, a stimulant, a carminative (remedial in flatulence), an appetizer and a digestant stimulating the stomach and intestines.
  • It is also beneficial to the nervous system.
