Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
By accessing, or purchasing from, the Spicentice website you are governed by these terms and conditions. Boring but true. We aim to always give you excellent service. If you have received an order with which you are not entirely satisfied, please do not read any further … simply contact us straight away and we’ll do all we can to put things right. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order by returning the goods and notice to us up to 7 days after the day the goods are received. In the event of such valid cancellation no charge will be made. We shall refund the full cost of the goods together with the cost of postage within 30 days of such valid cancellation.
Prices
All prices shown are in UK Pounds Sterling.
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order to your door within seven working days of receipt of order for UK deliveries. However, we cannot accept liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale – neither can we guarantee delivery on a particular day. Should we not be able to deliver within the timescale above, we will inform you and offer you the option of a refund.
Our deliveries are handled by the Royal Mail. We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery by Royal Mail outside of our control including industrial action and subsequent disruption to the service.
UK deliveries
All UK orders are sent out to you by Royal Mail 1st class post. We keep our delivery charges to a minimum (99p for the first item then 45p per item after that) and if you spend £25 or more we’ll send everything out totally FREE of P&P.
We can deliver to Europe too and charge a flat rate of £7 for the first item ordered, plus 50p per item after that.
As ever, we always aim to do what we’ve promised and endeavour not to let you down. If mistakes happen we always put them right as soon as possible.
Spicentice 100% Guarantee
We want you to be delighted with your Spicentice products and offer a 100% quality guarantee on everything you buy from us. Essentially, if you’re not happy we’re not happy! So … if you are not entirely satisfied with our products, simply CONTACT US. Where appropriate we will arrange for a full replacement to be sent to you free of charge or credit you with a full refund of the purchase price.
Consumer Protection
Apart from our 100% Spicentice guarantee to look after you, we also meet our obligations under the consumer protection laws currently in force in the UK including:

• The Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended)
• The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982

We always protect your privacy and we will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and will not reveal any information whatsoever to any third party under any circumstances. Promise.

Complaint Procedure
On receiving any complaint, Spicentice will respond promptly and take appropriate action without delay. We shall acknowledge any complaint within five working days and endeavour to resolve the matter with you within fifteen working days. If we are unable to resolve the matter within this time, we will notify you and keep you informed of further progress.
Legal Liability
The contract for the sale of goods or services by Spicentice Limited from this website shall be exclusively subject to, governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
