Application of Conditions

Any and all materials, be they herbs, spices, nuts, confectionery etc. ("the Goods") sold by Spice-N-Tice™ ("the Company", "we", "us") are sold under these conditions unless it is otherwise clearly stated in writing under a separate contract. These Conditions will apply to the exclusion of any terms or conditions put forward by the Customer. No conduct by the Company will be deemed to constitute the acceptance of any terms or conditions other than these Conditions. Currency All prices on this site are quoted in British pounds sterling. Payments must be made in British pounds sterling.

Payment

Payment for your order can be by cheque or by Delta, Euro, JCB, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Visa cards through Paypal Payment System. Spice-N-Tice™ uses a secure payment gateway for the collection of your credit/debit card details.

The payment gateway we have chosen to use is “PayPal(UK)”. PayPal is the most popular and longest standing generally available payment solution in the UK and world wide. All the personal information you supply at the payment page (including credit/debit card numbers) is encrypted and is not held on a computer by Spice-N-Tice™.

Our responsibility

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions of data in circumstances which are beyond our control. We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong. You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.

We try our utmost to make sure our website will be uninterrupted and error free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control. UK Mainland Shipping

Our delivery charges are calculated after completing the customer details page at the checkout. This is prior to confirming placement of order. There are no hidden charges and our policy is to achieve the lowest possible delivery cost, for our customers.

We constantly review our delivery charges to ensure that you receive a reliable and cost effective service. We usually dispatch items within 24 hours of an order being placed via Royal Mail First CLass Recorded Delivery. Items normally arrive within 2-5 business days for UK mainland orders, which have to be signed for. However, international orders affect delivery times.

International shipping

We try to send our product to as many countries as possible, but due to the high cost of shipping please check if we will be able to deliver to you before paying for the goods info@spicentice.com. We send all of our packages out as "gifts" so that you receive the maximum duty free exemption possible. It is not cost effective to ship a partial shipment; we will wait for a temporarily out-of-stock item to arrive in the warehouse before we ship your order.

In the event an order is refused for any reason when international delivery is attempted. The merchandise price and initial shipping costs will be refunded to credit card holder . Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery; it usually takes 1-2 days to clear customs.

Sorry, we do not ship to the following countries due to high fraud histories: Belarus, Columbia, Egypt, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Nigeria, Romania, Russia and Taiwan.

Sorry, we may not be able to ship to the following countries because of food import rules: United States, Australia, Latin America, South America, Africa, Israel, Turkey and Greece. Most areas of the Middle East will not allow food parcels through customs.

Spice-N-Tice™ retains the right to refuse any International order it deems unsuitable.

Damaged Goods & Short Orders

Any claim that goods have been delivered damaged, are not of the correct quantity or do not comply with their description must, unless notified to the carrier at the time of delivery, be notified by the Customer to the Company in writing within 3 days of their delivery.

Storage

We will be under no liability for any defect in the Goods (including, but not limited to, infestation or mould) arising from incorrect storage by the Customer. Goods supplied as dried herbs will remain active for long periods when stored under optimum conditions. They should be kept in air-tight, opaque containers in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.

Quality

Every effort is made to ensure that the Goods supplied are of high quality and in good condition. If we are fully satisfied that the products have been stored under optimum conditions and the Customer is not fully satisfied with their quality, we will, at our own discretion, refund the cost or exchange the goods up to three months from the date of delivery. The Company must be afforded a reasonable opportunity and facilities to investigate any claims made under this condition.

Product Suitability

Our products are used for a wide variety of purposes. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the products are appropriately used. All representations, warranties, conditions or terms relating to the fitness for purpose are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the Law and the Company accepts no liability.

Returns of Goods

Spice-N-Tice™ reserves the right to inspect all damaged goods. Written authorisation for product return is required.

Returns

You may return an ordered and correctly supplied item(s) to us subject to the following conditions: ·

Goods must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days.

Goods returned must be in a saleable condition.

Goods must be intact, unopened, undamaged with tamper seals intact where appropriate.

Subject to the above conditions we will provide refund less any credit / debit card expenses and original postage expenses. It will be the customer's responsibility to arrange return posting. No liability will be accepted by Spice-N-Tice™ for returned goods that are either lost in transit or damaged in transit. Proof of posting is advisable.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about our products or the service you receive please contact us immediately and we will handle your complaint in a fair and confidential manner. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days
