Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Onion, Chilli, Fenugreek, Garlic, Ginger, Paprika, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cassia, Black pepper, Cloves, Bay, Cardamom.

  • 1 Onion (large)

  • 2 Celery Sticks
  • 1/2 Butternut Squash
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 400ml Tomatoes (tinned)
  • 1.2 litre Chicken/Veg Stock
