Use as a marinade for grilled meats, chorizo sausages or roasted veggies.

To make a Chimichurri style salsa: Simply mix 1 finely chopped onion with 2 tbsp of chimichurri rub, 2 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 50ml water.

Ingredients: Smoked Paprika, Sea Salt, Parsley, Oregano, Garlic, Black Pepper, Thyme, Chilli, Onion.
