This aromatic dish, brought to India by the Moghuls, goes really well with pilau rice, naan bread and raita. ‘Josh’ means hot or passionate…we’ve only added a little heat, honest!
Ingredients: Cumin, Chilli, Coriander, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Cloves, Cardamom, Paprika, Cassia, Black Peppercorns.
