In a bowl add chicken, half the quantity of chopped ginger and garlic, 1⁄2 tsp salt. Add Spicentice Tikka Marinade spices and mix them together. Leave to marinate for 10 mins or more. 
Lay chicken out on a baking tray and place under a medium grill for 3-5 mins until chicken is charred around the edges. Turn off the grill. 
Heat oil/low cal spray in a pan over medium heat and fry the onion until soft. Then add the remaining ginger and garlic. 
Next add tomatoes with Spicentice Tikka Sachet 2 spices, 1⁄2 tsp salt and 1 tsp lemon juice. 
Stir in chicken and simmer for 5-10 mins with lid covered. 
Add 100ml cream with 50ml water. Cook for further 5 mins, or until chicken is cooked through. 
Finally, check to season and garnish with fresh coriander.
