1.      Preheat oven to 200˚C/400˚F/gas mark 6.
2.      Wash potatoes wedges/chips and place them in a pan of boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.  Drain and allow to cool.
3.      Spread the chips/wedges in an oven tray and drizzle over olive oil/low calorie spray.
4.      Sprinkle the Spicentice Chips & Wedges Spices  ensuring the chips are coated evenly.
5.      Cook for 30 - 40 mins, turning occasionally until the chips are golden brown.
6.      Serve with the meal of your choice or simply enjoy on their own!
