Place chicken in a bowl and add ginger, garlic, chilli, lime juice, honey, soy sauce, fish sauce and 1 tsp salt. Add 2 tbsp water and Spicentice Chicken Satay spices. Mix all the ingredients together and leave to marinate.
Thread chicken strips onto wooden skewers and cook under a medium grill or bbq for 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked and slightly charred around edges.
Serve with sweet chilli dipping sauce.
500g Chicken Thighs/breast Fillets (strips)
2 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
1 inch Ginger (finely chopped)
1 Chilli (finely chopped)
Juice of half a lime
1 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Soy Sauce

10-12 Wooden Skewers (soaked in water)
