Ingredients for Sri Lankan Curry seasoning includes: Coriander Seed, Cumin Seed, Onion, Fenugreek Seed, Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Cloves, Bay, Cardamom Paprika, Chilli, Star Anise.
