Heat oil/low calorie spray in a large non-stick pan over a medium heat and start frying the onion. As the onion browns, add the ginger and garlic and fry for a few seconds.
Add the tomatoes, tomato puree and stir in the Spicentice Balti spices with 1 tsp salt.
Stir in the chicken, lower the heat and cover the pan with a lid. Cook for 5 mins.
Add 150ml boiling water, cover pan with lid and simmer for 10-15 mins or until the chicken is tender, stirring occasionally.
Finally, check seasoning and garnish with chopped coriander.

200ml Tomatoes (blended)
3 Garlic Cloves (crushed)

Low Calorie Spray / 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Fresh Coriander (for garnish)
