Heat oil/low cal spray in a pan over a medium heat and fry Spicentice Prawn curry Sachet 1 spices for a few seconds.
Next add onion and cook until soft, then add ginger and garlic.
Stir in tomatoes, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon juice and Spicentice Goan Prawn Curry Sachet 2 spices. Cook for 5 mins.
Add coconut milk with 50ml water and continue to cook.
Wash prawns in cold water and add to the sauce. Simmer the curry for 10 mins on low heat, or until cooked through but avoid over cooking prawns as they will become hard.
Finally check seasoning and garnish with fresh coriander.
500g Prawns (peeled)
