1. Place the minced meat in a large bowl and add the onion, garlic, ginger, coriander, lemon juice, 1 tsp salt and Spicentice Persian Kofta Spices.
2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and leave to marinade for 15 mins or more. Soak skewers in water.
3. Divide mixture into six to eight equal balls. Using damp hands, shape the meat around and along each skewer, pressing little indents in the meat to create kebabs.
4. Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
5 Serve with warm flatbreads, crisp salad and drizzle over yogurt and mint dressing.
