Our Rendang Curry Kit includes spices that are the very essence of Malaysian cooking - lemon grass, coriander, galangal, cassia, lime leaf and cardamon all add a rich depth of flavour to this traditional curry dish.
Best served with plain basmati rice to soak up the moreish sauce, with perhaps a simple leafy salad on the side.
Equally delicious made with chicken or (slower cooked) beef and makes a great vegetarian curry too – simply use your favourite root veggies finished off with a handful of spinach leaves.
