In a large bowl, add honey, garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, chilli and Spicentice Sriracha spices. Mix all the ingredients together.
Add the chicken and coat with marinade. Leave to marinate for 10 mins or more.
Preheat oven to 180c and thread chicken onto skewers. Pop on a roasting tray and cook for 25-30 mins, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
Once cooked, garnish with chopped spring onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
6 Chicken thighs (skinless & boneless)
2 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
1 tbsp Honey
Juice of 1 lime
Fresh Chilli (optional - chopped)
Spring onions, sesame seeds, salad and/or rice.
