Shopping List (extra items needed to make this dish)

  • Chicken (4 breast / thigh fillets - skinless)
  • 250g Low Fat Natural Yogurt
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • Ginger (1 inch piece)
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4-6 metal or wooden skewers

To serve with:

  • Flatbread, Salad Leaves, Red Onion, Tomatoes

For mint yogurt raita:

  • 4 tbsp Low Fat Natural Yogurt, 1 tsp Mint Sauce
