400g chopped tomatoes
600 mil chicken stock
Two bay leaves
200g wholegrain rice
Cut the chicken thighs and mix it with Spicentice chicken seasoning. Add the ginger, garlic, chilli powder and garam masala. Mix and set aside until the chicken is already coated.
