Fajitas spices are all about the bit of cumin, some chili powder, a dash of garlic powder, salt and pepper, paprika and of course, a dose of oregano! All of it mixed to create that unique taste that you always love on all your dishes.

Cut the chicken and pepper into strips. Cut the onion into slices and cut the lime in half. Finely chop the garlic. Add half the chopped garlic to the chicken and mix with the contents of the Fajitas Spices sachet plus 1 tsp salt, 1 level tsp sugar/sweetener and the juice of half a lime. Mix thoroughly and leave to marinade for approximately 30 minutes.
Tip: If the dish becomes too dry add a few tablespoons of warm water.
