Peel and finely chop the chillies, garlic and coriander. Skin and wash the chicken and cut into small pieces if using chicken thighs or breast fillets. Add Jeera Chicken sachet with half a tsp salt and mix thoroughly. Leave to stand for 15-30 mins.
Tip: The chicken will cook in own juices; however if more juice is required to add 175ml water while the chicken is cooking.
