The Best Authentic Chicken Balti Recipe

The Best Authentic Chicken Balti Recipe

The origins of the Chicken Balti are unclear. Sources may say that it is from Baltistan, North Pakistan, while others say that the recipe started in 1977 at Adil’s restaurant in Sparkbrook, Birmingham, leading to what is now known as the Balti triangle. Regardless, this is a wonderfully flavourful dish that has been refined over the years.
