4 Salmon Fillets
8 tbsp Natural Yogurt
2 Garlic Cloves
1 inch piece of Ginger
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 Lemon (for garnish)
1 tsp Salt
Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger and mix with the yoghurt in a large bowl. Stir in the contents of the Tandoori Salmon Spice Kit with 1 level tsp salt and 1 tsp lemon juice.
Add the salmon fillets, making sure they are well coated on all sides. Leave to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
